Very nice oasis tucked away in the middle of Key West. It was centrally located and close to everything but also far enough away so that it was relaxing. The pool was beautiful and felt like a little garden hiding spot. The staff were terrific and we loved the happy hour, breakfast and bike rentals.

I cannot say enough about how exceptionally wonderful this beautiful Inn and complex is. The room was lovely and laid out perfectly with comfortable beds- great pool area which was quiet at night - thank God. This place was truly paradise! The grounds were delightful. What I really have to stress is the manager, Foster. He could not do enough to help all his guests, but he truly went above and beyond for my son and I. In all my decades of life - and I've been around a while, I have never truly never met a kinder more compassionate human being. We had some issues come up, and instead of just providing some information or getting another to assist. This man restored my faith in humanity. This is not just a flippant remark, he turned what could have been a very distressing time to a truly wonderful situation. He took charge and showed such incredible compassion, and he did everything out of the goodness of his heart. No matter what I say about this incredible human being. It won't be enough! I will never stay anywhere else in key west! Never change Foster, you are one of a kind. As a top-level genius member, this was my best stay out of the 100's I have booked on booking.com. I will never forget this trip or you! Thank you - thank you, thank you!❤❤❤❤❤

The outside is beautiful and grounds are well kept. It definitely gave an authentic Key West vibe. They have several bikes and we rented four. They had fresh beach towels always available by the pool. We checked in during the late afternoon and they had string cheese and a selection of wine and chips. Beds were comfortable.

The property is in a great location! It is really nice, the bed was incredible! Very comfy!! Everyone at the Paradise Inn were so helpful, very kind, informative and hospitable! We will be back for sure!! Highly recommend this spot! The wine and cheese was a nice touch at evening!!

It has the amenities of the larger resorts in a location in the center of Old Town. It was just 2 to 3 short blocks from Duval Sr, Key West Lighthouse and The Hemingway House. There is a continental breakfast, a wine social everyday, evening coffee, a small swimming pool, a hot tub, and the cabana suites provide privacy.

Everything was wonderful, from check in to checkout. Unfortunately we only stayed one night in Key West but we will be back and definitely stay here again. Super friendly staff, free wine and snacks upon arrival, beautiful clean room, great breakfast, walking distance to everything, and the pool and grounds are a gorgeous oasis.

The hotel is beautiful and has a nice calm garden with a pretty good sized pool. Loved our room (junior king) and the location is very close to Duval street (which you should avoid in my opinion) but not noisy at all. There is a free trolley that goes around Key West and it stops just down the street. The hotel rents out bikes for 15$/day which we found to be the best way to move around!

Beautiful property. The gentleman who greeted us at the reception on checking in was very helpful and friendly. The location was great and we also hired their bikes to explore further. The pool was clean and lovely to cool off in. The room and bathroom were a nice size, easy to access from outside and the beds comfortable. The room was clean. My husband really liked the Starbucks coffee at breakfast.
